DEAR VENDOR:

Thank you for your interest in vendor space at Collectors West and Rose City Gun Collectors shows.
Listed below are the 2008 show locations in Oregon and Washington.
Please review venue information for shows you would like to attend.
Each show location has different costs associated with it. 

Please read our Show Policies and Rules of the Road
(scroll to bottom) before making a reservation.

If you would like to reserve table space please email Marla at collectorswest@aol.com,
including your full name, mailing address, phone number,
the show you wish to attend and a brief description of the items sold. 

Your reservation will be confirmed. 
If you have tables reserved and are NOT able to attend, please call to cancel your space.

Upon arrival at the show, check in at the registration booth to pick up exhibitor badges,
gun ties, parking passes and pay for tables.

Please note: In order to expedite check-in at the Portland Expo Show,
please pre-pay for table space.You will be mailed an invoice for the Portland Expo show ONLY.
ALL OTHER SHOWS WILL BE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL OR PHONE.

Vendor set up at all 2 day shows:
Friday 3:00 - 7:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 - 9:00am and Sunday 8:00 - 9:00am.
Show hours Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday 9:00am – 3:00pm
PAYMENT CAN BE MADE DURING SET UP

Vendor set up at all 3 day Portland Expo Shows:
Thursday 12:00 - 8:00pm, Friday 9:00-noon and Sunday 8:00 - 9:00am. 
Show hours Friday, 12:00 – 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00 - 6:00pm, Sunday 9:00 – 4:00pm.

Members of the Rose City Gun Collectors are admitted early at all shows.

SHOW POLICIES:

Vendor badges MUST be worn and are not transferable. Exhibitors with (1) table will be issued (2) badges.  Exhibitors with more than one table will be issued a maximum of (4) badges.  Badges are for exhibitors and full time helpers only.

The sale of literature on the manufacture of unlawful explosive devises, silencers, full automatic firearms, booby-traps, and/or illegal terrorist tactics, etc. is prohibited. All anti-Semitic, subversive, racist and hate literature are prohibited, as is any items not in the best interest of the shows, as in the show manager’s opinion.

Self defense spray MUST be in sealed packages or not accessible to the public

Laser and stun devices MUST have battery removed or not readily available to the public.

Do not move tables. No items that protrude or extend into the aisle or breaks. No banners, racks, or walls that may obstruct overall vision throughout the show, No tape, staples or nails to be used on the walls or curtains

All electrical cords and extender boards MUST comply with local fire ordinances; the Fire Marshall will make inspections before opening of the show.

Contents of all tables must be firearms, knife, or sportsman related, or approved by show management.

Tables revert back to Collectors West when vacated, no subletting of tables.

No alcoholic beverages, no candy or food sales, animals or pets, unless approved by the show management. No pornographic materials allowed. No food items are to be sold for under $3.00 if approved.

No radios or TVs allowed without permission of show management.

Rules of the Road

Collectors West and Rose City Gun Collectors requires compliance with all federal, state and municipal firearms laws and ordinances.

In Oregon, an Oregon State Police background check is required for all purchasers of all firearms, antiques being the only exception.  Forms and information regarding the background check process for non-FFL holders are available in the show office and at the front entrance.

All transactions must take place INSIDE the building. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No loaded firearms, magazines or speedloaders are allowed, with the exception of law enforcement and private security officers in contract with C.W.I.

ALL FIREARMS MUST HAVE THEIR ACTIONS TIED OPEN. Where that is impractical due to design, the action MUST be tied to make it inoperable and conspicuous by visual inspection. All detachable magazines MUST be removed from firearms before being placed on a table.

NO bulk gunpowder or explosive bullets. NO loose cartridges or loaded clips near firearms for which they are intended.

Any extended bayonets attached to firearms MUST be scabbard. If a bayonet has no scabbard, it must be folded against the stock or removed.

No person under 18 of age will be admitted, unless accompanied by an adult, parent or guardian.

No audio/visual equipment allowed without permission of show management. Collectors West reserves the right to all audio/visual reproductive equipment used in or around its show property.

Show security reserves the right to inspect all bags, packages or containers entering or exiting the show.

RV parking in designated RV parking area only and in accordance with the venue regulations

Collectors West, Inc. disclaims any liability for any of the acts of its vendors, guest or visitors which might be construed to violate any laws, ordinances or regulation. It is the responsibility of each individual to become familiar with all laws applicable to firearms and ammunition, and to abide by them at all Collectors West shows. Collectors West, Inc. will not assume, nor be held responsible for any degree of liability for loss from theft, personal injury, or other losses or accidents, or any illegal actions.
